Nasal Saline:

    • Saline nasal sprays and rinses can help manage allergy symptoms by thinning mucus, flushing out allergens, and adding moisture to the nasal passages, making breathing easier.
    • Can help relieve congestion and sneezing.
    • Saline sprays are generally considered safe and well-tolerated, even for babies and young children.
    • Can be used in combination with corticosteroid sprays and antihistamine sprays.

Nasal sprays and salines can be used alone or in combination with oral antihistamines. Consistent, daily use of any nasal spray is key for symptom control!

Please Note! After six months of use of the above nasal sprays, please consult your provider before continuing use. We do NOT recommend nasal decongestants for seasonal allergies as they can cause rebound runny nose.
