Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates
We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak both here and abroad and are updating our practice policies as needed. Please see below regarding important office changes and recommendations:
TELEMEDICINE VISITS STARTING
In this uncertain time we are trying to continue to provide health care services to the fullest extent possible. We understand that at this time anxiety is at an all time high. In order to keep providing care while you stay in the safety and comfort of your home, we are working hard to schedule as many telemedicine visits as possible. While we recognize that there is no replacement for the face-to-face in person visit, we will do our best to continue caring for your children by conducting follow up and sick visits via telemedicine (face-to-face via computer). Our MDs & NPs will be available Monday through Friday to assess your child and provide guidance and treatment recommendations over the phone or computer. We will continue to remain open for necessary well visits and sick visits that cannot be adequately assessed via phone. Telemedicine visits should be covered by insurance companies but extent of coverage may vary based on individual insurance plans.
Please call our office to schedule your telemedicine visit.
WALK-IN CLINIC SUSPENDED, SICK VISITS IN THE AFTERNOON ONLY.
Please disregard all other information regarding walk-in clinic on other pages of our website.
In order to maximize safety for our patients and staff, Walk-in-Clinic at Centre Pediatrics has been suspended effective 3/13/2020.
We will continue to see patients for sick visits as scheduled visits ONLY. Sick visits will be scheduled in the afternoon only (2:00pm-5:00pm).
ALL WELL VISITS OVER 15 MONTHS POSTPONED. THOSE 15 MONTHS & UNDER MOVED TO MORNING HOURS (8:30am-1:00pm).
Please click here for a letter sent to our patients and their families on March 16.
Visits will now be limited to ONE parent/guardian with the child. Please do not bring siblings to the office unless they also have a scheduled visit.
Expectant Parents Night: Due to COVID-19, we have cancelled our next two expectant parents nights on April 27th and May 18th. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please call our office if you have additional questions.
