We welcome you to our practice, Centre Pediatrics! Caring for children and families is a true joy for us as medical providers and we truly hope you will select our practice to care for your family for many years. We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with your children and your family and watching you grow. We strive to provide stellar medical care to all in a comfortable and welcoming environment for your family. The journey of parenting is a special and thrilling experience, and we are here to help you each step of the way.
We work in teams at Centre Pediatrics, and your medical team will comprise of one pediatric NP (PNP) and one MD. All of our physician’s work with all of our NPs, and you can select your own personal team. We alternate well-visits between your PNP and MD during the first 2 years of life. We hope this team approach gives you increased access to your providers and the unique perspective of having 2 medical providers in the office who know your family well.
We would be delighted if you chose our office for your pediatric care. Please let your OB know that you have chosen Centre Pediatrics. If you are delivering at the BWH or BIDMC, one of our physicians will come and see your newborn each morning you are in the hospital. If you are delivering elsewhere, please call our office the day you are being discharged, and we can set up your first newborn visit in the office. You do not need to register ahead of time before the baby has been born. As your newborn comes home you can expect a visit in 1-3 days after discharge from the hospital and we will register your baby at that time.
